“We have used Potter Construction for two home remodel jobs.  We are most please with the results.  Their employees were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.  It was a pleasure working with them in our home.  We’ve heard many horror stories about remodeling and we are most grateful that we used Potter Construction.”

Matt Moisan
Matt MoisanGeneral Manager
Matt was born in Oregon and has lived in the Northwest his whole life. With architects for parents, it was probably inevitable that he gravitated toward building things. He’s been working remodeling houses since he was 18, being trained as a finish carpenter first, and then moving to lead carpenter and eventually to design and project management.

Matt loves to work with clients- it’s a very special feeling being able to watch a rough-hewn idea turn into a beautiful and tangible reality.

He has two beautiful daughters and no free time- any time that he does have is usually spent in the outdoors!

Matt loves sunsets and long walks on the beach, and the Green Bay Packers. One of these is not true!

Karl Coy
Karl CoyProduction Manager
Karl was born and raised in West Seattle and graduated from West Seattle High School. He has worked as a carpenter locally for more than 30 years and has been a production manager with Potter Construction for the past 8 years. In addition to his craftsman-quality carpentry and top-notch customer service skills, Karl is also a fully licensed plumber—which can really help out in a pinch!

Karl’s love of construction started as a young boy working with his grandpa on projects around the house. He never lost that enjoyment and brings great enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to every job!
