Born and raised in the greater Seattle area, Michelle McCarthy has deep roots in the community, calling the same West Seattle home her grandparents purchased in 1929.
As our Full Charge Bookkeeper, Michelle brings over 27 years of diverse experience in the accounting field, having joined our team in 2024. A graduate of Seattle University with a BA in Accounting, Michelle’s career spans multiple industries, including a key role in managing multi-million-dollar new home construction projects. Her extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise make her an invaluable asset to both our clients and our company.
Outside of her professional life, Michelle is a passionate advocate for the arts and nature. An avid animal lover, she holds a deep appreciation for both wildlife and domestic animals. Whether hiking, backpacking, or camping, she can often be found exploring the great outdoors, drawing inspiration from the beauty and tranquility of nature. When she returns home, Michelle channels these experiences into her artwork, creating pieces that reflect her love of the natural world.
